All rooms and suites come complete with king size
bed or twin beds, air-conditioning, overhead fan, desk, coiffeuse, living area
(separate living room in the senior suites), satellite TV with five in-house movie
channels, five music channels, fully stocked personal bar and a direct dial telephone
with its own voice mail system. Large marble bathroom equipped with separate bath
and shower cabin, hairdryer and walk-in wardrobe with electronic safe.
THE RESTAURANTS: The Dining Room: (Open 07h30 - 10h30 and 19h00
- 22h00)
The focal restaurant of the hotel. The breakfast offers western and
local specialities. The evening it becomes an elegant á la carte restaurant,
specialising in local food and spices, with an accent on Indian, Chinese and Creole. The Verandah: (Open 12h00 - 15h00)
The lunch menu features a buffet
or choice of light dishes and homemade ice creams served around the pool. The Plantation: (A planters house by the beach) is open 12h00 - 20h00.
Specialising in seafood and Creole cuisine, seafood is served both at lunch and
in the evenings. Local entertainment and Sega shows several times in the week.
